• Commissions to AutoSave implemented  - 25 May 2008
  JWS is pleased to announce to all colleagues that funds from unpaid Commissions can now be used to pay for Autosave transactions.
  From the AutoSave Manager having selected an AutoSave template, select Payment button and you will see at the bottom of the screen this new feature.
  
  Activating the check box will activate this feature.
  
  Please read the amplifying information on that screen to see how this initial implementation functions.

• PSV and GV Genealogy reports for April now available in Colleague Back Office.  - 20 May 2008
  JWS Colleagues your PSV and GV for the current month are now accurately displayed in your personal back office in both the Spotlight and Tabular Genealogy reports.

• JWS™ Customer Catalogue is now operational  - 08 May 2008
  
  • Customers can now access the 'Customer Shop' selection via any JWS™ Colleague's Replicated site. The Customer will first see the Catalogue and then will be asked for their details as they continue. We have taken care that once a Customer completes this registration, they will be sent an ID and they will have chosen their own password during the process.
  • From there they can use the 'Login' selection through the Corporate or Colleague's Replicated site and they will remain connected to their hosting Colleague - you.
  • Each Customer is given a tailored back office where they can view the Customer catalogue, make additional purchases, view their Order History, send Trouble Tickets and update their personal details.
  • Their Personal details section uses the same screens as yours and contains the Replicated Website Tab but this is not activated for Customers. Please tell your customers to ignore this.
  • Commissions for purchases made by Customers
    • 30% of the CV to you
    • 10% of the CV to your Host
    • 8% of the CV to your Host's Host
  • Customer Products
    • 4 Quarter Shekels (Minimum order at BulkBuy price)
    • 4 Full Shekels (Minimum order at BulkBuy price)

• Changes to Corporate and Replicated site menus  - 08 May 2008
  As a result of bringing the Customer registration on stream we have merged the Login button to cater for both Colleagues and Customers. To prevent confusion we have added popup information balloons that appear when the mouse hovers over the 'Join Now', 'Login' and 'Customer Shop' menu options. These balloons more accurately describe the functionality of each option.
• Colleague BulkBuy Purchases  - 08 May 2008
  As part of our discussion with key leaders we have reduced the minimum bulk order for Colleagues from 12 to 1. Once a Colleague has made the qualifying purchase for the month, they can now purchase single 'additional' shekels at the BulkBuy price.
• New Back Office  - 08 May 2008
  If you have logged in recently, you will have noticed the improvements we have to the JWS™ Back Office.
  • The menus are across the top now with sub-menu items on drop down lists to be more contemporary
  • We have removed the Customer Enrolment menu item as this has been replaced with the Customer Registration process on your replicated site through the 'Customer Shop' process described above
  • A new look Check Manager selection in Commission Tools with Summary and Detail links. This is a valuable report as it allows you to see what commission you have allocated to being transferred out from Available Commissions by Direct Deposit or Gift Certificate.
• Promotions Process Improvements  - 08 May 2008
  We have updated the Promotions Process and removed the requirement for Qualified Branches as part of the qualification for each Rank. You now qualify for Promotion to each rank based on the following :-
  • Your PSV for the month being above the minimum for the rank
  • Your GV for the month is above the minimum for the rank in the number of levels. For Example, for Premium Merchant you must have at least 160 PSV and at least 3,500 GV in your first 4 levels with Compression to help
• New Features Coming Soon  - 08 May 2008
  
  • Genealogy Report - the Genealogy Report will be enchanced to show the PSV and GV for the current month. This report will be processed in real time so it will always display the most current information each time it is refreshed.
  • New back office tools - these include a dashboard where you will be able to see at a glance some key performance indicators (KPIs). Also we will be refining the reports to show more meaningful data. More detail on these improvements will follow.
  • Commission Re-investment - we will be providing the ability to re-invest your available commissions to your AutoSave. We have a great design for this and it will be controlled from within the AutoSave manager screen.
    • You will select this option and still have a credit card as back up
    • The process will allocate sufficient Available Commissions to cover your AutoSave and replace any change as a separate item in the Available Commissions List
    • You will always be able to see which ones were selected afterwards in the Check Manager screen
    • If there are not enough Available Commissions, the balance will be charged to your designated Credit Card
  • Banking Profile enhancements - We are currently designing changes to the Banking Profile screens that will allow multiple bank accounts to be entered. For example you will be able to enter bank accounts in US, European and or Australian formats. We are also making provision for an account linked to a Pay Card - more on that below. Colleagues will have the ability be able to select the default settlement account for monthly commission payments.
  • Credit Card Clearing by region - This is a bit behind the scenes but we have designed functionality that will allow JWS™ to process credit card payments in a number of regions. The ultimate aim here is the clear credit card payments in the country the credit card has been issued. For example all US transactions would be cleared through a US gateway, Australian transactions through an Australian gateway etc. This should reduce the incidents where banks deny transactions purely because they are being processed through an international gateway. In many cases it will also reduce bank fees relating to currency conversion.
• Further enhancements we are working on  - 08 May 2008
  
  • Pay Card - this will provide a debit card type facility and colleagues will have the option to have their commissions paid directly into this card. This card will be able to be used at regular Automatic Teller Machines (ATM).
  • Shipping - we are undertaking ongoing improvements to the shekel shipping processes. We are now shipping weekly and will increase the shipping frequency further as necessary.
  • Payment Plan - the payment plan option that will allow Colleagues to join JWS™ with a smaller upfront commitment. An additional option will be made available for the AutoSave so that half payment is made each month and the Quarter Shekel is shipped on each alternate month.
